• Customer Relationship Management: Automated customer profiling and engagement
• Analytics Dashboard: Business intelligence and performance metrics

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use NGOS, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Types

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

We may offer free trials. At the end of the trial, you'll be automatically billed unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Your Data and Content

You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information you upload to NGOS ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

5.2 License to Us

You grant us a limited license to use Your Content solely to:

• Generate AI-powered insights and recommendations
• Create anonymized, aggregated analytics

5.3 Data Portability

You can export Your Content at any time in standard formats via our dashboard or API.

6. AI-Generated Content and Recommendations

6.1 AI Recommendations

• AI suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees
• You should verify recommendations against your business knowledge
• We are not liable for business decisions based on AI recommendations

6.2 AI-Generated Marketing

• Review all AI-generated marketing content before publishing
• Ensure content complies with advertising laws and regulations
• You are responsible for the content you publish, not NGOS

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms

8. Intellectual Property

13. Termination
